TODAY
woke up early again = =
and i just slept for not 6 hours..
woke up and bathed and prepared to go to school..
actually today is student free day..
but i registered for the tour to UWA~ University of Western Australia
there were 2 streams to be chosen..
1st one~ mostly about BIO and agriculture..
so i chose the 2nd one~ which was mostly about Chemistry and Physics
i met with Steph and Janice at the college..
we get in the bus at abt 9am and we reached UWA for abt 20mins
the students there had started their studies..
we saw many students walking around the campus and sitting down
at the grass field and read or had some chitchat with friends..
i saw many couples too = = so.. open.. LOL..
okay back to the topic.. LOL
so we went to the seminar room and attend for the talk...
the 1st which i'm not interested was abt environment or geology stuff..
so i just sat there and listen but my heart wasnt there LOL :P
we had a small break time and had orange juice and some cookies..
and we carry on to attend the next talk~ it's Astrophysics(astronomy)..
the girl who gave us her presentation was the STUDENT OF YEAR 2008 of UWA!
hmm.. she's quite pretty ^^ and her presentation was quite interesting..
she told us what she research for the past few years..
we continued to attend the 3rd talk by a lecturer from UK..
he talked about GEOLOGY and.. ROCKS! = = paiseh i'm not interested LOL
and so my heart flew away again hahahha :P
after that we were brought to see the campus and the labs~
we saw the lab of.. nuclear resonance.. and GLASS BLOWING~
wow! it's the first time i saw someone making.. glass = =
and by BLOWING!? our leacturers were quite funny that time.. xD
after that we had a free time to walk around or eat at the cafeteria..
so we just sat there and had our snacks..
after that we go visit some of the places..
there's one old building.. it's actually a hall..
wahh~~ it's like going in country of ROME = =
and the hall is PRETTY~ with the huge pipes lol~
the H.O.D of Science Department told us that last time
whn he was still studying in UWA~ when there's a event in the hall~
and he will count the PIPES if it's boring..
LOL = = what a cute H.O.D lol..
and we saw the ''lake'' or pond? LOL hmm.. nothing special :P
we stream 2 finished our tour earlier so we waited at the bus..
me, Steph and Janice got into the bus and wait..
the 3 of us waited for such a long time till someone comes in = =
but we had chitchat there.. ^^
we went back to college.. and waited for Christy at the cafeteria
Yaziz (i think i spell wrongly :P) came and join us chatting..
and so do.. (er dont know what name! LOL :P)
Christy came and we accompany her to the science department
because she wanna change her subject lol..
but the lecturers were having meeting..
so Christy had to go back home again LOL~~
and then me, Steph and Janice went to Garden City~
we bought pies from Jesters'~ i bought the Curry Beef Pie~~ WHEE~~so nice!
after that we went shopping~ xD but i only bought 1 thing T . T
and i just got back home at 6pm LOL..
i went to see the mailbox.. and i found.. MY LETTER!!
erm.. actually it's a card.. hehe..
